Terms of Use

These terms apply whenever you use Loveland Residents Directory. Visiting or using the reference signals acceptance; do not use it if these conditions are unacceptable.

1. Nature of This Reference

Loveland Residents Directory is a private reference for public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections connected with Loveland, Larimer County, Colorado. It points toward sources such as the Larimer Assessor, Clerk & Recorder, Colorado courts, and Loveland Public Library, but it stores no government records and is not affiliated with any office, court, or records custodian.

2. Lawful Use Rules

Use the reference only for lawful, non-harmful purposes. You may not use it or any result reached through it to:

  • Stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or injure another person
  • Find a person protected by a restraining or protective order
  • Carry out identity theft, fraud, or another unlawful act
  • Make an FCRA-regulated decision involving credit, employment, tenant, or insurance matters
  • Scrape, reproduce, or republish the content at scale
  • Disrupt the reference or bypass its security controls

3. No Consumer Reporting Agency

This reference is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Neither its pages nor a result from a linked search tool is a consumer report, and neither may be used to decide eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another purpose covered by the FCRA.

4. External Portals and Services

Colorado government portals and third-party services, including sponsored search tools, set their own terms and privacy practices. Loveland Residents Directory does not control or warrant their content, availability, prices, or handling of submitted data.

5. No Accuracy Warranty

The reference is supplied "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. No promise is made that a page is accurate, complete, or current, or that an external portal will function or return a correct result.

6. Liability Boundaries

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the reference or a linked resource, including a decision based on a record reached through it.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the operators harmless from a claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that results from your misuse of the reference or breach of these terms.

8. Copyright and Reuse

The original writing, design, logo, and layout are protected by copyright. Linking to a page and quoting a short, attributed excerpt is welcome; republishing complete pages or copying the collection systematically is not.

9. Term Updates

A new version may be posted on this page when these terms change. Continued use after publication means the revised terms are accepted.

10. Access Restrictions

Access may be blocked or limited for a user who violates these terms or abuses the reference, at the operators' discretion and without advance notice.

11. Colorado Law

Colorado law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The Colorado Open Records Act, C.R.S. §§24-72-200.1 to 205, governs covered public-record requests, while criminal-justice requests may also implicate the Colorado Criminal Justice Records Act, C.R.S. §§24-72-301 to 309. Those statutes govern custodians and requesters; they do not make this private reference a records custodian.

12. Severability

If a provision of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

13. Questions

Questions about the terms may be sent through the Contact page.
