Information You Submit
A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third-party provider that returns the result; the site's own servers do not retain a copy of those search terms. A message sent through the contact route is used to read the request and respond to what it says.
Routine Technical Logs
The hosting service may record ordinary technical details, such as IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and time stamps. Those details are reviewed in aggregate to maintain the service and understand which references receive use. Cookies or similar tools may assist basic analytics or, where applicable, advertising measurement.
How Limited Data Is Used
Technical data may help operate the pages, diagnose faults, measure traffic, and improve the reference material. Loveland Residents Directory does not sell visitor lists or create individual user profiles from this information.
Outside Portals and Links
Links lead to county and Colorado records systems, library collections, archives, and third-party search services. Information entered on those destinations is governed by their own privacy notices and terms, not this policy. The same applies to sponsored results supplied by an outside company.
Who Can Process It
Hosting and support vendors may process server logs while keeping the pages available. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic details described above. Disclosure also may occur when valid legal process requires it, and otherwise is not made.
Security and Retention
Connections to the site use encryption, and technical logs are retained only for as long as the purposes above call for them. No account is offered, so this service does not hold a password or user profile for you.
Visitors Under 18
Loveland Residents Directory is intended for adults rather than children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18; if a minor has sent information, use the Contact page so it can be reviewed and deleted.
Colorado Privacy Choices
Where it applies, the Colorado Privacy Act, effective July 1, 2023, gives covered consumers rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held by a covered controller and to opt out of sale, targeted advertising, and certain profiling. The Colorado Attorney General recognizes Global Privacy Control as a universal opt-out signal. Because this service keeps very little, a request normally concerns the contact mailbox or technical logs; use the Contact page to ask. The CPA does not erase government deeds, assessor records, court records, or voter records, so a correction or removal request for those belongs with the responsible custodian.
Policy Changes
A revised policy will appear on this page when the policy changes. Continued use after the revision takes effect indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
