Private Reference, Not a Custodian. Loveland Residents Directory is separate from the City of Loveland, Larimer County, Colorado courts, and every other records agency. It cannot retrieve or certify a record, confirm who lives at an address, or change a government file. Send those requests to the custodian named for that record. Colorado identifies stalking in C.R.S. §18-3-602 and harassment in C.R.S. §18-9-111. Call 911 for an emergency; contact local police if you believe you are being stalked or harassed.
Need a Loveland Record?
Begin with the office or collection that controls the kind of information you need:
- Address and street research: use the Loveland by-street reference for address-keyed sources
- Historical volumes and past households: browse the Loveland city directory collections
- One person to verify: follow the Loveland resident lookup route
- Custodian routing: start with the Loveland resident records offices list
- Nothing online: send a written or electronic request under the Colorado Open Records Act, C.R.S. §§24-72-200.1 to 205, to the appropriate custodian; ordinary response is three working days, with up to seven additional working days for extenuating circumstances
